If you are new to Lake County or just not familiar with riding public transit, Laketran provides simple tools to make planning your trips easier. Download any of our brochures and trip planning sheets below.
Laketran offers Travel Training for individuals or small groups for FREE. Travel Training provides you with one-on-one assistance in planning your trips, learning to navigate Lake County by bus and practicing getting to your destinations.
Travel training is ideal for students over age 10, young families and seniors.
Laketran's fleet is 100% accessible and travel training is a great service for seniors and individuals with disabilities to discover how to maintain their independence and freedom.
Our Travel Trainers work with health and human service agencies to coordinate training based on the individuals needs and abilities. Training is also abvailable for service agency and physician office staff members. In service training ranges from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and can be held at Laketran or on location.
