Heading Downtown for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade? Avoid the traffic by taking Laketran!

If you want to get downtown early, you can take Laketran’s Park-n-Ride routes. The latest Park-n-Ride is a Route 12 that departs our Painesville Township Park-n-Ride at 8:40. This route stops at Mentor Park-n-Ride (8:50), Eastlake Transit Center (9:00), St. Mary Magdalene (9:10), Shoregate (9:14), and Wickliffe Park-n-Ride (9:25). This route arrives in Cleveland at 9:50am. 

You can pick-up earlier afternoon Park-n-Ride departures for Route 10,11, 12 will be along St. Clair. Detour information here. 

Park-n-Ride too early for you? Local Routes 2 connects with RTA along Euclid Ave. and Routes 3 & 6  at Shoregate. Then catch the RTA!

Laketran Route 2 connects to RTA #28 at Euclid Ave. and E. 276th St. on the Wickliffe/Euclid border at Save-a-Lot. RTA #28 can take you to the Louis Stokes Station at Windermere where you can transfer to the Healthline.

RTA #39 operates from Shoregate Shopping Center and will take you to Cleveland via the Louis Stokes Station at Windermere. More details at www.riderta.com/stpats.
