Sealed Bid Auction for Real Property – Adkins Road in Mentor, Ohio
Laketran and Lake County Board of Commissioners wishes to collectively sell six (6) vacant parcels of real property that they own on Adkins Road, Mentor, Ohio. Approximate total acreage 14.6534 acres. The sale of these parcels of land shall be made to the highest bidder and Laketran reserves the right to reject any bids. All closing costs, surveys if necessary, title charges and escrow fees to be paid by purchaser. Bids will be opened at noon on June 18, 2018.
