Brian J. Falkowski, President

Profession: Chief Operating Officer of Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz Co., L.P.A.

Education: Master of Business Administration degree from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University

Mr. Falkowski brings a strong financial and management background to the Laketran Board of Trustees and is the current President, past Vice President, and past Financial Committee Chair. Mr. Falkowski is a 2015 Graduate of Leadership Lake County, participated in the 2016 Lake Health Physician Shadowing Program, and is very involved in the Lake County community.

Chuck Zibbel, PE, Vice President

Residence: Concord Township

Profession: Retired Engineer & Director at Burgess & Niple

Education: Ohio Northern University, BSCE

Mr. Zibbel recently retired from a 42 year career as a civil engineer and director at Burgess & Niple where he managed notable Lake County projects including Perry Local Schools, Lake County Drainage Study, Painesville WPCP Expansion, Aquarius Water Treatment Plant, and multiple Laketran Park-n-Ride lots.

William F. Eppich

Residence: Mentor

Profession: President & CEO of Weiss North America

Education: Cleveland State University

Mr. Eppich is the president and CEO of Weiss North America, a multi-national company that manufactures high quality factory automation equipment. Over the years, he has been involved with Geauga Lyric Theatre Board as well as multiple corporate executive boards.

Donna P. McNamee, Operations Chair

Residence: Willoughby

Profession: Communications Consultant

Education: Ursuline College, BA

Ms. McNamee is the past president (2003) of Laketran Board of Trustees, former treasurer of Friends of Laketran and chair of Friends of Laketran Annual Golf Outing. She has participated on numerous boards for American Public Transportation Association and Easter Seals Project Action as a national advocate for public transportation and people with disabilities.

Daniella Nunnally

Residence: Painesville Township

Profession: Chief of Staff, Gateway Economic Development Corporation of Greater Cleveland

Education: Mercyhurst College, BA Hospitality Management

Miss Nunnally is the chief of staff at Gateway Economic Development Corporation of Greater Cleveland. Part of her job is to manage large-scale capital projects for Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse & Progressive Field and reports to Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland.

Michael Pizmoht

Residence: Willoughby Hills

Profession: Director of Data Architecture at Sherwin Williams

Education: John Carroll University, BS in Computer Science & Mathematics

Pizmoht serves as the Director of Data Architecture at Sherwin Williams in Cleveland. Mr. Pizmoht used the Laketran’s Park-n-Ride for his daily commute throughout his 16-year career. This experience uniquely positions him to understand the importance of efficient and sustainable transportation solutions, aligning with the goals of the Laketran.

Lane H. Sheets

Residence: Concord Township

Profession: Owner/President of Diversified Business Systems, Inc.

Education: Masters of Science Management, Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Ohio University

Mr. Sheets is the owner and president of Diversified Business Systems with 40 years of IT and engineering expertise. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Lake County and has served on many local boards.

Kim Stenger

Residence: Kirtland

Profession: Legal Researcher, Lake County Prosecutor's Office

Education: Kent State University, B.B.M. in computer information systems and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, J.D.

Ms. Stenger works to assist Lake County’s prosecutors in their case preparation, responding to court filings, researching current issues in criminal law, and more. She is a past board member for the Lake County Society for Rehabilitation and is a lifelong advocate for people with disabilities.

Gary Swanson, Special Projects Chair

Residence: Mentor

Profession: President of Thermotion

Education: Lake Erie College, MBA, BS and Lakeland Community College, AA

Mr. Swason is the president of Thermotion, a company that designs and manufactures electro-thermal actuators for automotive, appliance, HVAC and aviation industries. Over the years, he has been involved with many community activities including Lake Erie College, United Way of Lake County and Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Swanson is also member of the Lakeland Alumni Hall of Fame.
