Mr. Falkowski brings a strong financial and management background to the Laketran Board of Trustees and is the current President, past Vice President, and past Financial Committee Chair.
Mr. Falkowski is a 2015 Graduate of Leadership Lake County, participated in the 2016 Lake Health Physician Shadowing Program, and is very involved in the Lake County community.
Mr. Zibbel recently retired from a 42 year career as a civil engineer and director at Burgess & Niple where he managed notable Lake County projects including Perry Local Schools, Lake County Drainage Study, Painesville WPCP Expansion, Aquarius Water Treatment Plant, and multiple Laketran Park-n-Ride lots.
Mr. Anderson retired in 2017 as the Mayor of Willoughby. He is known for spearheading the revitalization of the City of Willoughby and brings more than 30 years of government administration and civic engagement expertise to the Laketran Board of Trustees.
Past President (2003) of Laketran Board of Trustees, Past-Treasurer of Friends of Laketran and Chair of Friends of Laketran Annual Golf Outing, participates on numerous boards for American Public Transportation Association and Easter Seals Project Action as a national transportation advocate.
Mr. Marten had a 30 year career in finance and administration at Parker Hannifin advancing through several controller positions. He recently retired in 2017 after serving seven years as the Parker’s Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Montrella has twenty years experience in higher education administration followed by twenty years in the private business sector including time as a sales account manager for Sallie Mae, a vice president for the Student Loan Funding Corp. and vice president for KeyBank. He is retired and resides in Willoughby.
Mr. Schiavoni offers extensive experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation with 17 years of experience relating to plan production including project decision or contract design management and more than 20 years managing district planning department which establishes district’s short-and long-range construction program.
Mr. Sheets is the owner and president of Diversified Business Systems with 40 years of IT and engineering expertise. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Lake County and has served on many local boards.
Ms. Spence is the president of Spence Technologies a small manufacturer located in Willoughby. Her goal is to help bridge the gap between public transportation and manufacturing jobs here in Lake County to help support our workforce and the economy. Ms. Spence is the immediate past chairman of Willoughby Western Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Alliance for Working Together.
