Lake County, OH – Laketran is excited to announce a hiring event to fill up to 25 part-time bus driver positions to operate its Dial-a-Ride and Rides on Demand services. Drivers will primarily serve seniors and people with disabilities and provide assistance helping customers get around Lake County and to nearby Cuyahoga County medical facilities.
Interviews are guaranteed to all applicants attending the event on Tuesday, December 9 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Laketran Headquarters at 555 Lakeshore Blvd. Painesville Twp., OH 44077.

REQUIREMENTS: A valid driver’s license is required for an interview. All applicants must pass a background check, drug-test and ODOT physical. Candidates must be available for a training class that begins Monday, January 5 . The training class is Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m for six-weeks at Laketran’s Headquarters. Candidates must be available to work anytime Laketran operates. No CDL is required for part-time positions.
