Prepayment for Dial-a-Ride

Laketran’s Dial-a-Ride service is a pre-paid service, meaning your trip must be paid for when you schedule your reservation.  As of January 2020, we no longer accept cash, Smart Cards, and Value Cards as a form of payment when boarding your Dial-a-Ride bus.

There are multiple ways you can pay for your trips when scheduling a reservation.

Pay when you book When you call Customer Service to book your trip, you will be able to pay for your trip with a credit or debit card over the phone. Call today 440-354-6100.

Pay through your Request-a-Ride account A payment feature is now available on Request-a-Ride, our online reservation website. If you do not have a Request-a-Ride account,  you can sign up by calling Customer Service at 440-354-6100.

Mail-in a check or money orderCustomers are able to mail a check or money order to Laketran and have the funds applied to a Dial-a-Ride account once the check clears.
