With Laketran’s new Request-a-Ride online reservations, you can book, confirm, or cancel your trips from any desktop computer or mobile device.
To book a trip, enter a request online 2-12 business days in advance of your trip. Then, a Customer Service Representative will book your trip within 24 hours. Once your request has been confirmed, Laketran will send you an email confirmation and your trip status will read “Scheduled”. Please check back to make sure your request is confirmed. You will be able to confirm or cancel your reservation online. Cancellation must be made 2 hours prior to your pick-up window.
To get started, call Laketran’s Customer Service at 440-354-6100 to request your Client ID number and password to access your Request-a-Ride account. Then simply click on Make a Reservation.
Dial-a-Ride Prepayment now available on Request-a-Ride:
A payment feature is now available on Request-a-Ride. When you log in to your Request-a-Ride account, you will see a “Payment” tab in the menu on the left of the screen. Once in the “Payment” section, you can use a credit or debit card to add funds to your account, as well as see your account balance and previous transactions. When you book a trip, your fare will be deducted from your account balance. If you cancel a trip, your fare is automatically refunded. These transactions will appear in your transaction record.
