If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. You can complete Laketran’s Civil Rights Complaint Form and submit it to our Administrative Office via mail or in-person at 555 Lakeshore Blvd., Painesville Twp., OH 44077.
